The main topic of this booklet is the 'engineering of intelligent evolutionary semiotic systems'. Thus the main outcome shall be 'real' systems doing 'real' work.
To prepare this goal we will first consider the methodological issues of this task, then we will set up a theoretical framework accompanied by an experimental environment using software simulation as well as real world experiments.
