Forgetting

As one can see in figure 4.12 do we propose two parameters to manage forgetting: a frequency factor $\kappa$ as well as a time stamp $\tau$. With the frequency factor we can 'count' the importance of the node; with the time stamp one can measure the duration between the different 'demands' for that node. If the 'density' of demands per time interval is below some threshold, then one could activate the forgetting function. Depending on the threshold one can turn forgetting 'on' or 'off'.
